TERMS OF SERVICE

:> GENERAL INFORMATION1. Commissions are available on Ko-fi.

2. Recommended to DM me on Discord (foxkyle776) before ordering.

3. If you're confident, You can order directly through Ko-fi.

4. I usually use a slot system, or sometimes open commissions with unlimited slots for a short duration.

5. All types listed on Ko-fi are available, unless sold out or no longer in sale

6. Custom commissions require a DM first.

7. I ONLY do pixel art commissions, nothing else.

8. Do not request me to do NSFW commissions.

9. Must be above 13 to order commissions.

:> PAYMENT1. All payments are handled through Ko-fi.

2. Full upfront payment is required for commissions $40 and below.

3. For commissions above $40, payment will be split into half upfront, half after sketch approval.

4. Refunds are not allowed once payment is made.

:> WORKFLOW AND PROCESS1. Work usually begins within 1 week of commissioning, unless I’m busy with personal matters.

2. WIPs (Work-in-Progress) will be sent occasionally, and you can ask for updates anytime.

3. WIPs are shared fastest through Discord.

4. State your favourite fruit in your commission order (or DMs), that way I know you read the TOS, and saw this message.

5. Revisions are welcome anytime, but is limited depending on the artwork complexity.

6. Only minor revisions are allowed during shading or cleanup stages.

7. Finished artwork is delivered through Discord (if contacted there) or through email/Google Drive if needed.

8. Background-less versions can be provided on request.

:> USAGE RIGHTS1. You are free to use the commissioned artwork for personal use (icons, banners, reposting, etc.).

2. Please credit me (foxkyle776) when posting the artwork publicly.

3. You may edit or modify the artwork for personal use, but:
  = You must not claim it as your own work.
  = You must not use edits to defame me nor for commercial purposes.

4. Commercial use is not allowed unless discussed and agreed on separately.

5. My artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training, or similar uses under any circumstances.

6. If unsure whether a use counts as commercial, please DM me to check.

:> REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS1. No refunds are allowed once payment has been made.
  = Due to PayPal restrictions in my country, I’m unable to issue refunds. this may change in the near future

2. I aim to complete commissions within 1 month.
  = IRL factors may affect my ability to finish the piece in time, those situations will be informed in time
  = If I fail to meet this deadline, I will make amends by offering extra art or additions to the piece.
